About parent fees
These are the current 2026–27 monthly parent fees under Alberta’s child care affordability funding structure. Fees may change if government funding, eligibility requirements or provincial policy changes.
Optional Catered Meals
Optional catered meals.
Families may choose our catered meal program, which includes morning snack, warm lunch and afternoon snack. Families who do not participate provide their child’s food from home.
Meals are delivered warm by a local caterer, with menu planning overseen by a registered dietitian. Clever Cubs follows nut-aware food practices, and many dietary needs can be accommodated.

What to know before enrolling.
Waitlist registration fee
A non-refundable $50 waitlist registration fee is required when the waitlist form is submitted. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee placement. A child’s waitlist registration is complete only after both the form and fee have been received.
Families receive the complete fee schedule, withdrawal policy and enrolment terms for review before accepting an offered space and signing an enrolment agreement.
